I hope you are all well and ready for the festive celebrations this year! We’ve been incredibly busy with the Katie’s Cards corporate e cards this year as well as doing the normal Katie’s Cards stuff and I have to say that I am very much looking forward to a rest!
It can be really hard to buy gifts for people at Christmas time. Budget and time does have a huge impact on this. I find that a a good book can be a fantastic gift and don’t usually cost too much.

As Christmas is nearing, we all need a few helpful tips which can help us get through the busiest and (in my opinion) one of the best times of the year.

Have you seen our new Christmas e card game yet, if you haven’t, then take a look. Its called ‘Runaway Turkey’ and its great fun!
The game consists of a turkey running away from a hungry farmer. The aim of the game is to help the turkey escape by jumping over various obstacles that pop up as it runs trough a Christmas landscape.
We’re getting close to the big day. Many of you will have everything under control and will be well on your way to having the day completely organised. Its the age old complaint and comes from young and old. Do you love or hate brussel sprouts?
I personally love them and over the years have tried out many various recipes for serving them, my favourite of which is a simple way to serve them with bacon:
Brussell Sprouts with bacon
Prepare your sprouts and pop them into steam or boil for 20 – 30 mins (depending on how you like them)
