What’s the Point of Mother’s Day?

Tuesday, March 18th, 2014

If you’ve ever been tempted to question why we celebrate Mother’s Day, take a look at the video below. It’s been watched over 3 million times (and counting) on YouTube and shared excessively on sites like Facebook and Twitter. So there’s a chance you may have already seen it – but we just couldn’t resist.

Cheeky yet adorable – a dastardly combination, don’t you agree?

Take a look at our Mother’s Day ecards, perfect for reaching Mums near and far – to let them know you’re grateful for all those times they said ‘no’ to cupcakes for breakfast.

Mothering Sunday is celebrated on 30 March in the UK this year and on the 11 May in the US.

Don’t forget Mother’s Day This Year

Tuesday, March 15th, 2011

Don’t forget Mother’s Day, it is on the 3rd of April in the U.K. this year (it’s Sunday May 08 in the U.S.A.)

Mother’s day is the perfect time to show how much you love and care for your mum and thank her for all she has done for you. Your gift does not have to be terribly expensive; she will not mind how much you spend, because any gift you give will be cherished by her forever.

Why not send a Mothers Day e card this year, we have a wide range for you to choose from!

And for the gift, flowers are always a first thought and chocolates are a winner. However there are so many choices these days, from a pamper session at the spa, a day out shopping, a meal, or even the cinema. There are so many fantastic things you can do together!
